How changes and refunds are handled
ZyraHub provides scope-based digital services (workflow support, document mapping, checklists). This policy explains cancellation windows and how we handle partial work.
1) Scope and service type
ZyraHub provides digital services such as intake, document mapping, checklist creation, and workflow guidance. Work is typically delivered as written notes, structured checklists, and revision rounds as defined in the agreed scope.
2) Cancellation before work begins
If a paid scope is cancelled before any work has started, we will consider a refund of the paid amount, minus any non-recoverable processing fees (if any) that were disclosed at the time of payment.
3) Cancellation after work begins (partial delivery)
If work has started, refunds are evaluated based on the portion of the scope already completed. In most cases, completed deliverables (e.g., intake summary, role mapping, checklist drafts) are considered billable work.
- If only intake/scoping was completed, a partial refund may be considered after reasonable review.
- If deliverables were provided (draft checklist/mapping), refund eligibility may be limited.
- If the agreed scope was fully delivered, refunds are generally not available.
4) Revision rounds and changes
Packages typically include a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revision work may require an updated scope. If new information changes the document set materially (e.g., added parties, new attachments, different language set), the scope may need to be re-evaluated.
5) Exclusions
Refunds may be limited or not available where:
- Work was delivered according to the agreed scope and timeline.
- Delays or issues were caused by missing inputs, changed requirements, or external third parties.
- Requests relate to subjective preferences after deliverables were provided (e.g., style changes without scope changes).
- Fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or policy violations are suspected.
6) How to request a cancellation or refund review
Send an email to hello@zyrahub.top with subject: Refund Request or Cancellation Request. Include:
- The email used during intake
- A short description of the scope
- What has been delivered so far (if applicable)
- Your request (cancel / partial refund review / clarification)
7) Disputes
If you disagree with an outcome, reply to the email thread with additional context. We aim to resolve disputes through clear documentation: scope confirmation, deliverables list, and timestamps. Legal rights vary by jurisdiction and are not waived by this Policy.
8) Updates
This Policy may be updated as our services evolve. The effective date at the top will reflect the latest version.
